3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure are eligible for a partial refund.
• No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Travel Responsibilities

• Passengers are responsible for being on time at the pickup location.
• We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or external conditions.
• We reserve the right to change the route or vehicle in case of emergencies or operational reasons.

5. Conduct and Safety

• Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of service without refund.
• All passengers must follow the driver’s instructions and safety guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and branding on this website, is owned by Shree Sai Travels and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, breakdowns, natural disasters, or third-party actions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
